    Thanks for reaching out to us again. Please contact our developer via replies on Ticksy, not by sending emails. As the email exchange is for urgency or sales related issue only. Don't send us email if that's not a request from one of our staffs as your email might be filtered as Irrelevant to the spam box or left unresponded. 

    If it's our developer who contacted you first via emails or told you to do so but you didn't receive his response, then kindly be patient waiting for him. It is because that means he is working on it and hasn't found a solution yet. 

    I could only check on progress for tickets on Ticksy so I cannot help you do a check on that contact email. But I can write a note to remind our developer who was assigned to your previous ticket.
