I have bought the plugin, but the CSS needs customizing as it is unusable out of the box. The amount box is to small, and I would like the increment buttons to be different also. These buttons are not usable on mobile devices, because they are positioned directly on top of eachother.

#1. About the input field width: Please add below CSS code to WP-Admin → Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS:

width: 60px !important;
}
#2. About minus/plus button, I need to access your website to change the code.
