Thank you for contacting WPClever Support Forum. You can set a new price (discount) in percentage or an amount for Bought Together items in the box next to its title under Bought Together tab in thr product. Don't enter in the Discount option, it's for discounting the main product when one og thr bought together items is chosen.
Since you have duplicated tickets, I'll close your other ticket with the same question.
Thanks for your response. The only way to give discount for bought together item is to enter the box in front of each item name (it is set to 100% by default). This is because for bought together we might need to set the different discounting rate.
For the main product, it's possible to set a different discounting method when at least one of the additional item is chosen. This scheme is to meet the needs of all promotion types and let users flexibly set the discount.
Is it possible to change the price of the upsell product instead of the main product?

I know, but it is not possible to let it adjust the price of the bought together item instead of the main product

Hope my explanation is clear enough.
