Thank you for contacting WPClever Support Forum. May I ask which version of plugin you are using? 

If you're using the free plugin, you can add a maximum of 3 products to a bundle only. 

If you're using the Premium version, and the variable product isn't didplaying variations for selecting, then could you please provide us with a link to that problematic bundle? We need to observe the bahavior of our plugin and revise the codes on your site.

Please check the position of bundled products here https://prnt.sc/r1iak3, if you hide it, the you can't choose the variation for variable product and it can't be added to the cart.

If it still doesn't work, please send me your website info (wp-admin link, username, password) then I can check and fix this problem for you. You also can create a dev/staging site with the same issue then I'll work on it.
