    when the plugin is activated and more than one one product is added through single product page the quantity of other products in cart page changes automatically. if possible please send link of ur previous version plugin

    it looks like problem is for logged in users

    Hi Anand, 

    In your previous ticket, you asked for us to send you the previous version of our plugin, sorry we can't proceed that when you use the free version. It's just impossible to send the plugin files of free versions. We can only send files to the Premium users. 

    The issue you reported, that when a product is added from the simple product page to the cart, it changes the quantity of other products in the cart as well, this might have been caused by some missing components in your theme. 

    There might also be another plugin that caused conflicts with our plugin as well. We need to check your site to be sure. I have tested fly cart on our test site, this kind of issue doesn't happen, so it's not an issue coming from our plugin. It is probably a third-party plugin that prevents our plugin from functioning. 

    However, we were not able to check because you deactivated our plugin on your site. Please turn it on and give us the admin login info. We need to revise the codes of your site, not just look into your products. 

    So if you trust us and you'd like us to check for your site, kindly send the admin login info. We can help you for free when the revisions doesn't require much time and effort. 

    Since the problem you encounter wasn't from our plugin, in case our developers find that it's really caused by another plugin and the customization is complicated, we might need to charge extra fee. This is our policy.
