    Hi Carole, 

    Thank you for contacting WPClever Support Forum. Checked your screenshot. Have you checked the plugin settings? Is the Search exact option enabled? If you have this turned on, it will require users to enter the exact first word of each product to be founded. 

    If this doesn't work, kindly provide us with a link to your site/ published product. I will assign one of our developers to help you with that.

    Kindly note that after receiving the initial response from us, users should respond within 3 days. After 7 days, your ticket will be automatically closed by the system due to no response and no assignment.

    Can I please get refunded for this plugin. The lag time is taking too long and we have a lot of products. We have decided to go with another plugin.

    Sorry for any inconvenience. Have you checked my response for your previous ticket? Please give a feedback. We haven't seen you since my last reponse so I didn't know how to help you 😔

    If the search is not working, the theme you're using might be missing some components or another plugin is causing a conflict with ours. I have checked properly on our test demo. The search is still responsive and very instant when I put in any keyword, even with a character then a list of products is already displayed. 

    For your case, it's not an issue come from our plugin, so we can't refund. Please cooperate and give me feedback on the search in plugin settings via Ticksy until the issue is solved. Don't reply to the email you receive as I won't be able to read it.
