Upgraded Woo to 3.9.1 and now the group product "Add to basket" is no longer available was looking through your site and it states only run towards 3.8.1 any thoughts to run comptest towards 3.9.1? I'm not able to use the product anylonger appriciate help
Thank you for contacting WPClever Support Forum. Indeed our plugin wasn't tested up to the WooCommerce 3.9.1. Our developers are still working on the testing of compatibility. When this is done, you will receive a notification to update the plugin.
I'll discuss with the developers to speed up the process. Kindly spare us some more time to work on that. If there is news, I'll notify you via this ticket as soon as possible.
Our developers have updated the demo site to WooCommerce 3.9.1 and run tests with basic default WooCommerce settings and Storefront theme. Our plugin still works fine. So I guess there might be something else that interferes with the functionality of our plugin on your site.
In order to for our developers to check it, kindly provide a link to your published grouped product in your reply. Our developers will check the codes for you.
Did some more digging today with some what more "brain" than during yesterday night,
With alot of changes in maaany settings both in WooCom, Grouped Product App, and on products in WooCom. the result come out that even if you have a grouped product that contain multiple other products, you will need to have a price stated on the Grouped Product, prise could be Zero but it has to be there otherwise the "Put in Basket" will not be visual.
I have not seen this in any doc but I haven't read every single line in any of the documentation, now I know.
Settings could be done in such a way that the price is not visual
Thanks for your feedback. It's true that whatever kind of products you'd like to create, you always need to put a price in the General tab of Product data section. It's just that with our plugins, each will have a different rule of procressing the prices.
You can kindly refer to this blog for more instructions
