At the moment I'm using the free plugin version, but am considering the premium if I am confident it does what I need.
I've been trying to set up Products using the 'Set hidden' action. I’ve found that although the Timer column on the ‘All Products’ screen indicates hidden, in the Product edit screen the Catalog visibility is still “Shop and search results” rather than "Hidden".
This produces a number of problems with display on the front end.
1. My Shop catalogue is saying eg “Showing all 10 results” while displaying 9, because 1 is “Hidden” according to Timer while Woocommerce thinks it's actually “Shop and search results”
2. Woocommerce Products by Category Gutenberg block still displays the supposedly hidden events
3. The following Woocommerce shortcode in block and widget hides the “Hidden” (according to Timer) events, but they are still counted in the limit because they are actually “Shop and search results”. If there are 2 expired products in these categories, only 3 products are displayed.
[products columns=1 limit=5 orderby="menu_order" order="ASC" category="66,67" visibility="visible"]
I would actually find a 'Set Status: Draft' option more useful, if you were considering that.
Thank you for contacting WPClever Support Forum. We have recieved your report of issues, thank you for the details.
I have assigned one of our developers to check and work on this. He'll be responding to you as soon as possible with solutions and instructions to these.
Before that, could you provide a link to yout published products with timer set so that our developer can observe the behavior of our plugin on your site and find the cause faster?
Please stay in touch as he might need to discuss more with you.
We didn't add the feature to set a product as draft or un-publish. Because some optimize plugin can delete it or can be deleted by another manager if they don't know it was applied the timer.
We'll check and make it hidden from all queries soon.

Hi Clare,
Thank you for informing us of this issue!
We didn't add the feature to set a product as draft or un-publish. Because some optimize plugin can delete it or can be deleted by another manager if they don't know it was applied the timer.

Hi Frankie.
Thanks for your response, and for making this change. It would also be really helpful if you could give an idea of when 'soon' will be.
Many thanks
Clare
