i have the product bundles plugin installed on my website. recently i installed a multicurrency plugin. my base currency is EGP and i have no problems working with it. however, when selecting a product and then changing the currency to EUR or USD, the value of the product is converted correctly. then when i add to cart and proceed to checkout, the value of the item in the cart is completely off of the product value. for example an item that should cost $1000 is showing $7. i checked the currency conversion rates and all seems correct. it is as if there is a bug or incompatibility somewhere. something wrong happens when i add the item to the cart. please advise. i think what happens, is the final value gets converted twice. For example 1 USD = 16 EGP. So if my item is worth 100 EGP and when i am inside an item viewing it, i select to change the currency, it will show 100/16 = $6.25. Then when i add this item to cart and come to checkout it will automatically convert it again to USD even though it was already converted and will show 6.25/16 once again = $0.39. i have been inquiring about this urgent issues for weeks now with no followup from the team.
Thank you for reaching out to us. Our developer has responded that there seems to be a conflict with another third-party plugin that prevents him from finding a way to fix the prices in multiple currencies. Additionally, he has been trying different ways of checking where the problem started but failed to find it. He still needs more time to check on your site and our plugin.
Please understand and spare us some more time. I wish there's any other thing I can do to help but this is just a very time consuming process. There were cases when we have to work on it for months just because the third-party plugin is so complicated to decode and run the tests.
