How to force a minimum number of components to allow the purchase?

My idea is to let the customer build their package as the want based on a pool of components. I do not want to force any of the component to be required, but I'd want them to be forced to choose at least 2 to be able to proceed.

    Example:

I have component A,B and C. They can freely choose how to build the package (so they can decide to buy A+B, B+C, A+C or A+B+C) but they cannot buy if they did not choose at least 2 out of the 3 available components.

    Hi,

Then for your case, please put all your 3 products A, B and C under a unique category. When you creat the composite, choose Category as the source of components, then fill in the box with that newly created category. Remember to mark two of the components as required options, the last one is optional.

In this way, your customers can freely choose any composite of two products they want because the dropdown list will include all products you put under that category.

If you need further help, feel free to ask. We're glad to help.

    Regards.
