Seem you set bundled products are sold individually. So you only can change the quantity between 0 & 1.
About the plus/minus button, it was added by the theme and doesn't work correctly with the bundle. Please send me your website info (wp-admin link, username, password) then I can check and fix this problem for you. You also can create a dev/staging site with the same issue then I'll work on it.
Hi, I cannot change the quantity of the bundle product. I checked and all of them are on stock 4 times and more.
